Confiture Parisienne and A Paris chez Antoinette Poisson unveil "La Confiture de Voyage".
After a first collaboration which led to the creation of the "Puits d'amour" jam, Antoinette Poisson and Confiture Parisienne teamed up again and created a new recipe in which pineapple is accompanied by the "Kari Gosse" spice, a specialty of Port-Louis where the printer has set up a second workshop; a clever blend of ginger, turmeric, cloves, chilli and cinnamon from the route to India.
Ingredients: pineapple, cane sugar, lemon, citrus pectin, Kari Gosse spice (ginger, turmeric, cloves, chilli, cinnamon, pepper)

To accompany a ceviche or a filet mignon
or on toasted country bread or in a panna cotta.
